How to calculate Percentiles of specific in the selected region And across the Report.

Percentiles are implemented on 2 Things individually, 1st is for "Selected" Region, 2nd is on "Non - Selected".

The below Image shows the 2 different Percentile values of Selected State (Keeping Mouse hover to get the Tool tip)

1st is percentile of State with in selected Region, 2nd is percentile of State for Entire Report.
